Up and away over Indianola, IA! 🎈☀️ Caught these shots at the National Balloon Classic last week, and wow — what a cool event! Over 100 hot air balloons fill the sky during this 9-day summer festival, and it’s seriously one of the coolest things you can see in Iowa.

Morning and evening flights, live music, fireworks, drone shows — it’s got a little bit of everything. Whether you're with family, out for date night, or just hanging out with friends, it’s a chill way to spend the evening.

Definitely one for the bucket list if you’ve never been!

It's been just over two years since I filmed my "last" wedding and stepped aside from this business for an indefinite amount of time. A lot has happened since then, but I'm finally settled into my new location (West Des Moines, IA) and full-time job. With that, I feel confident that I’m now in the right position to bring this business back.

I’ve had a lot of time to think about the 6 years I spent doing this (2016-2022,) and all the things I would have changed if I could go back. Did you know, when I filmed my first wedding I was only 15? I had no idea it would turn into this, and being so young I wasn’t the best at handling the “business” side of things - the camera part came easy! That being said, I’m excited to implement some changes and provide a better overall experience for my clients.
