Our gift to Meghan Markle on her wedding day ‘Lily of the Valley Hanger’!

This unique ‘Lily of the Valley’ gift is inspired by the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle and has been sent to Meghan to use on her special day. The hanger is a sustainably sourced French beech wood that has been hand painted in chalk paint with a shabby chic finish. The ‘Lily of the Valley’ display is scattered with Swarovski crystals and a diamante broach centrepiece. The hanger has been wrapped in exquisite vintage ivory Gloriana lace with hand-sewn Swarovski crystals in a beautiful floral design with a pretty scalloped edge giving an indulgent luxurious feel. Initials have been engraved in the back for a personalised style.

And keeping with tradition...from an Old English rhyme "Something Olde, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue, A Sixpence in your Shoe", the four objects that the bride adds to her wedding day or can carry with her on the big day are good luck charms. Something old represents continuity; something new offers optimism for the future; something borrowed symbolises borrowed happiness; something blue stands for purity, love, and fidelity; and six pence in your shoe is a wish for good fortune and prosperity.

Embedded in the back of the ‘Lily of the Valley’ hanger is every bride’s lucky six pence. A detachable Swarovski crystal bracelet with a sterling silver horseshoe and a blue Swarovski for the something blue, with our own ‘Darling Lil Hanger’ touch, a sterling silver guardian angel, for loved ones not forgotten.
