It was a lovely evening in Wildwood.

Signature cocktail:
-Fresh espresso martinis
Apps:
-Bruschetta with grilled bread and crackers
-Mini crab cakes with siracha aoli
-Cape May scallops with brown butter sage

Salad:
-Wedge with baby romaine, Jersey pearl tomatoes, cucumber, radish with mountain gorgonzola and Stilton buttermilk dressing

Entrees:
-Chicken Parmesan
-Filet with crab and Bernie sauce or red wine Demi
-Tequila lime shrimp
Sides:
-Lumpy mashed Yukons
-Asparagus with lemon and evoo
-Penne with basil marinara

Desserts:
-Mini bread pudding rounds with cherrie, almonds and caramel sauce
-Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce

Main Course:
-Lump meat crab cakes with red pepper/parmesan and capers and secret sauce
