Warehouse Staff Member-Part Time (Warehouse/Distribution Location)
Responsibilities Include:
-Load and unload equipment from delivery trucks
-Prepare and pack equipment for upcoming rentals
-Assist customers with Will-Calls/Warehouse pickups
-General clean-up of facility
-Assist with deliveries of equipment from time to time
-Able to handle a variety of tasks
-Counting inventory
-Organizing warehouse
-Potential to work on deliveries and pick-ups with drivers and assist with event setups onsite
-Able to life a minimum of 50 lbs
-Instructing customers how to use the equipment properly
-Inspect equipment for damages done by wear and tear or abuse; report it to supervisor
-Customer service skills
-Work quickly and efficiently in order to meet deadlines and standards
-Promote and maintain a clean working environment
-Assist with other warehouse related duties and projects as needed
-Knowledge of our inventory and offerings
Character Qualities:
-The ideal candidate will work well under pressure; have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
-High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
-Must be able to work independently
-Flexible — not easily frustrated by changes or indecisiveness from others
-Punctual and dependable
-Lead with Integrity and demonstrate -Frenchy’s Wedding & Event Rentals standards at all times with a positive attitude
Requirements:
-Must be reliable and have a flexible schedule
-Must be open to working some weekends, early mornings and late nights on occasion
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have the ability to stand for long periods of time
-Previous event industry experience a plus, but not a must
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
-Must have an Arizona valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
Other Info:
Hours will may vary week to week, but looking for candidates that are able to work at least 20-30 hours per week. Usual work day is between the hours of 9am-2pm M-F possibly some weekends. Hours can fluctuate especially during the slow seasons: Jan-Feb & June-Aug

Dishwasher/Warehouse Staff Member-Part Time (Showroom Location)
Responsibilities Include:
-Hand wash and use commercial dishwashers to clean and sanitize dishes
-Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
-Thoroughly clean, dry and polish items so that they meet high quality standards
-Tidy warehouse/showroom areas, sweep and mop floors and take out trash after each shift
-Work quickly and efficiently in order to meet washing deadlines and standards
-Help with warehouse tasks as needed such as counting inventory, assist with order prepping for all order as needed such as décor items and furniture items
-Efficiently pack tableware such as plates, glasses and utensils and thoroughly inspecting damage
-Properly count tableware to compare to client's order to record any missing/damaged items
-Maintain highest packing standards including count accuracy and rental presentation
-Promote and maintain a clean working environment
-Assist with other warehouse related duties & projects as needed
-Knowledge of our inventory and offerings

Our Drivers and Crew members help Frenchy's Wedding & Event Rentals provide a complete and memorable experience by:
*Being overly punctual both in the warehouse and on-site deliveries
*Working quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
*Setting up equipment ( tables, chairs, dance floor, tents...etc ) and being knowledgeable of all the equipment uses.
*Speaking with customers on-site and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
*Positive & cheerful attitude even after working long hours
*Ability to take direction as well as take charge
*Detail oriented and have a desire to constantly improve
*Self motivated
*Great communication and people skills, friendly and courteous
*Reliable transportation
*Trailer hauling experience preferred
*Expierence driving a box truck preferred or willing to learn
*Ability to lift 50+ pounds
*MUST be available some weekdays and on weekends, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
*No past event rental experience necessary
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00hr
Part-time 24-32hrs a week
