BE ITALIAN COOK ITALIAN EAT ITALIAN...what 10 special guests experienced Sat eve. Benefiting Cal Health & Science University scholarship program, we prepared an Italian inspired dinner, INVERNO. Our Winter menu featured a petite Antipasto, WINTER GREENS SALAD, PASTA Broccolini RABE and the star entree, SPADA, Basa Basa, Sauced with capers, olives, and a pistachio crust, Red Chard and white Tuscan beans.
