BE ITALIAN COOK ITALIAN EAT ITALIAN...what 10 special guests experienced Sat eve. Benefiting Cal Health & Science University scholarship program, we prepared an Italian inspired dinner, INVERNO. Our Winter menu featured a petite Antipasto, WINTER GREENS SALAD, PASTA Broccolini RABE and the star entree, SPADA, Basa Basa, Sauced with capers, olives, and a pistachio crust, Red Chard and white Tuscan beans. This is our Petite Filet w/a Dutchess Potato, Asparagus topped w/ Bruschetta, Horseradish Cream on the side. This is a candid picture from a recent event of 150 guests.
We wanted you to see what your guests would see, we added the half round Banana leaf at the bottom of the plate to add contrast to the Horseradish cream sauce and to spark up a white plate. Perfect for a dinner party for 20 or more...
