Being in the food industry is challenging. How did we achieve it? We had a break, an 'in', a leg up. The phrase "Necessity is the mother of invention" teaches us that inventive solutions arise from the need to solve problems. If you aspire to be a chef, caterer, food truck owner, or a farmer's market vendor, you'll require a legal kitchen for food preparation and sales and a health department certificate. I'd like to extend an invitation to Kitchen Subscriptions, my innovative concept designed to give you a boost, a lawful space, and a warm, amiable atmosphere for business-minded food enthusiasts to prepare, package, and flourish. My "Last Supper" food is Easter Pie. Every Region in Italy has a version of this wonderful Torta di Pasquale. By far, this is the best.
