Last night was EPIC. There’s not a single photograph that can sum up last night, it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! 😭❤️

We saw strangers that met for the first time yesterday and exchanged contacts by the end of the night. Everyone had an absolute blast! But of course all of this wouldn’t be possible without YOU amazing people and the incredible support of our amazing event pros!

To ALL of our event pros, your hard work and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, we can’t thank you enough for supporting this crazy idea of ours. The goal was to get our community together for a fun evening out, from all walks of life, who might have missed their prom, wanted a do-over or just wanted to come out for an evening of fun. All we wanted was for everyone to be able to create new memories with their loved ones and/or friends in this town we call our home. Mission accomplished. It was all worth it!

We will hopefully see you all again next year! ❤️😉

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to a busy wedding season ahead, OSP will be on a strict "business hour" schedule.

To better serve our clients and potential clients we need to make some adjustments sometimes.
Here is our new business hours. 🥳

All texts, emails, inquiries and calls will be returned. And meetings will be scheduled for
⏰️ Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am- 4pm
And
⏰️ Wednesdays 10am-7pm.

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are for events only. 💒🔔💍

Heyyyy!!! 🥳 We made the top 3 for "Bakersfields Best Event Planner"!!!

Congratulations to everyone that was nominated!

Thank you to everyone that took time to vote and continue to support OSP as we grow each year!

BUT, I don't do this on my own, nobody could... I want to share with you all, my solid team of event planners, assistants, bartenders, security, volunteers and staff. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate my team! Without them, all of the events, posts and pictures wouldn't be the same. They all love this job even though we cause them to want to cut their feet off. 🤣

This picture may not be a professional shot and some of us may look half dead (Fun fact: its because we are 😝) in this particular photo. But its because we work hard and never have time for a photoshoot 😅 this is what a 16 hour day with us looks like, 18 for a few of us.

🙏🏼Thank all for nominating us for Best of Bakersfield! 🥳 I'm really stoked they gave us planners our own category again! 🙌🏼
For some reason we lost our category the past year or 2. So, I think I can speak for all planners that were nominated and say THANK YOU for voting,☑️ not only this year but the years prior. We have been in the running with "junk haulers". We appreciate their job and they absolutely work hard, but we definitely have 2 different talents. 🤣
So help us planners keep our category! And help OSP make it to the top!

Lets talk wedding food!

I love offering a different menu to clients to serve their guests... what's something different you'd like to see served at a wedding?

While we're on the subject of food! Here are some things you need to think about when choosing and hiring your caterer.

• whos setting the tables?
• whos going to clear all the plates and silverware?
• whos filling the water goblets you paid extra for?
• Your rental company expects cleanish dishes, whos rinsing them for you?
• Does your Caterer offer drink stations (tea, water, coffee)?
• Does your venue have a place for your Caterer to park, plate up, serve or clear?
• whos incharge of getting the buffet tables and linens?
• If dinner is buffet style, is it decorated?
Last but not least. What will the catering and serving staff be wearing?

Who's ready to hear about our All-inclusive package?

This package IS for EVERYONE! I've chosen vendors for you all, that are masters at hospitality, fully experienced in the wedding industry, flexible with your schedule, have multiple options and are top notch professionals.

All the leg work is done! All the booking is done! You pay one person, but get to make the decisions.

Included in the all inclusive is....
📜 Full wedding coordinating and designing, set up, clean up etc

💐 Table centerpieces, ceremony ach with florals, wedding party bouquets and boutonierres, parents and grandparents corsages and boutonnieres, flower girl or dude rose pedals and cake flowers

🎧 A DJ, that I personally, "personality match" you with. Our DJ's choices are important to us! Trust me you'll be pleased.

🍽 catering! Fully catered meal, with appetizers.

🪑 rentals: you need tables and chairs? This is included if needed.

📸 photographer: why? Because this is a style choice. Photographers are so different. I can't be choosing the style of YOUR lifetime photos you'll hang in your hallways. BUT! I have a list for you. I can also help you narrow down the list depending on what you're looing for 😉

🎥 Videographer: If you ask me, Videographers are a must and just as important as a photographers. I also have a list for you to choose from.

Invitations: I assist you in this process. But when we meet I can explain more.
