Sure didn’t plan this as part of my day. One of my hives swarmed and thankfully stayed in the yard and reachable. Sadly they chose a bush with thorns and lots of twigs, and the trunk had grown around the fencing a bit so I couldn’t just cut it. Looks like we got the queen in the box though! Yay! First time catching a swarm

We had a great kick off to this wedding season on 4/22! A special thank you to Kyle and Anastasiya and Lovejoy Images for giving us access to these wonderful photos. It takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to put together such a fantastic wedding and reception.
