Our Story
Welcome to The Occasion Treasure Box. If you love handcrafted treasures, designs, and ideas you've come to the right place. At The Occasion Treasure Box it is my goal to create your vision of a special treasure for your special occasion. It all began 2015 when I was asked to plan my sister in law's entire wedding. Not because I had done it before, not because I worked in a wedding related field at the time but just because I was really crafty. I loved the idea. Did it almost pro-bono and designed just about every element of the wedding. From the Ceremony space, to tables, to the bar, the catering menu, programs, and flowers. Yes literally every aspect. It was 8 months worth of work and yes, it would be a lot for most people, but I was unemployed at the time and took the challenge with excitement. If your scrolling through my photos it was Miranda & Shelly Cody wedding that started it all. I realized that I loved doing this and I was quite resourceful. Spent my entire career managing restaurants which taught me allot about working with people and running businesses but somehow I was never really happy. The talk of Miranda and Shelly’s wedding turned out to be the toss botton bouquet I made. With incredible detail lace, shiffon, and about 120 buttons many many amazing compliments were received about that creation. I started making random bouquets and posting them to see the response I would get and since we are now here it is obvious that the responses were overwhelming. As the years have gone by, over 50 weddings under my belt, I love what I do and wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I am quite confident when I am contacted by a couple that I can provide for them what they need with no hassle and above and beyond services.
