Linn Elisabet is a Berlin-based producer, DJ, and singer. Led by their own ethereal vocals, raw broken beats, and immersive sound design, their contemporary and transgressive interpretation of techno strives to reimagine possibility and desire. With a classically trained past in cello and church choirs, it is a given where their reverberant soundscapes and symphonic narratives have their roots. Linn Elisabet has released acclaimed works on labels such as 47 and Noise Manifesto, as well as their own imprint Acts of Rebellion. The label expands on Elisabet’s mission: making conventional functionality and restraining policies bow for non-compliance.

Yhii is a DJ and producer from the heart of Yerevan and a resident artist at Poligraf club and the infamous DIARIES collective. Davit's foray into the world of electronic music began during his teen years as Cloistral, where he displayed a unique understanding of sound through an unconventional palette of emotions.
Over a decade, Yhii has become one of the most significant and beloved artists in the local electronic music scene. With a mystical ability to create a direct and pure connection with his audience, Yhii has become a household name, with his eclectic sets captivating the crowd with his stage presence. His unique approach to music has earned him a reputation as a boundary-pusher, constantly driving the limits of what is possible in electronic music.

T-N is a Naarm (Melbourne) raised DJ who got her start in London, playing on local radio stations like Threads and Rinse FM and at much beloved venues like Corsica Studios and Five Miles. T-N is now based back in Naarm, where she's recently supported artists like DJ Tool, Dina and Julia Govor. Currently co-running Amniote Editions alongside Mama Snake and part of the Black Artist Database team, T-N is deeply immersed in the realms of global electronic music and extends her take on techno and trance to her city's local dance music scene and beyond. Catch her this Summer in Europe and the U.K., as she gears up for gigs in Copenhagen, London and Berlin.

Next up in the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: Omon Breaker

Omon Breaker, a musician and DJ based in Berlin, wants to establish himself among the new generation of Ukrainian electronic music producers. The Dnipro-born idealist fuses an eclectic electronic sound with techno, always striving for a powerful contemporary layer. His compositions are mostly intuitive and emotional abstractions of his surroundings as he studied classical music.

While living in Obolon, Kyiv's very own Banlieue, Omon Breaker began DJing in 2019, despite being surrounded by daily violence and social decay. Heavily influenced by The Prodigy, Rammstein or Juno Reactor, his sets span a wide range of hard-hitting and intense musical references to his very own troubled history.

He strives to push a non-capitalist agenda within the quickly growing local scene and is one of the few actively carrying the flag for a new generation of Ukrainian electronic music producers.

After the Russian invasion, Max was compelled to relocate to Berlin, where he now lives and continues to support the Ukrainian electronic music scene's culture.

Nakamo's sound drifts through different worlds and eras, merging driving techno, melodic textures, and nostalgic grooves with a futuristic twist.

Nakamo started her DJ journey in 2020 across the North London party scene, crafting podcasts over lockdown for London-based techno collectives. She made her debut at award-winning artist-led space and nightclub FOLD. Since then, the recent newcomer has already made a strong name for herself, having played at well-respected events in the capital, such as HTBX, HOWL, UNFOLD as well as making her European debut at the mighty Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen earlier last year.

Berlin-based Salty DJ is an upcoming artist who‘s been making moves in the scene recently. He has a passion for classic Techno and Trance records from the 90s and early 2000s.

Together with his „Shockwerk“ crew he serves a different variation of parties based on functional club sound.

Thanks to Salty’s exceptional music taste and selection, he gained Courtesy‘s attention and played his Berghain debut for a Kulør label showcase back in the summer of 2022.

This Mix contains an adventure to a more industrial side of the early psytrance sound. Thanks to the refined and meticulous mixing, the set keeps you captivated all the way in its whirlwind of fast-paced, tight, stomping drums and sweeping bass with eerie noises, vinyl only.

Anastasia Kristensen is no new name to the scene. Developing her passion for music throughout the past 10 years into a solid career while based in Copenhagen. Back home, she’s a resident for LGBTQ party Mainstream while often spinning at venues in Europe, the Americas, and Oceania.

Known as a selector and able to master the fitting moods - be it at a festival or a tiny basement, Anastasia leans towards energetic and eclectic styles, shuffling several genres and always serving somewhat avant-garde musical journeys each time. For releases, she boasts 3 EPs on Arcola and Houndstooth, both legendary London leftfield electronic music labels.
During the pandemic, Anastasia served a platform for 18 artists to create a charity compilation to support Equality Now - an NGO supporting women affected most by COVID.

This podcast is a live recording from her show at the UNFOLD Halloween edition last weekend in London.

Morten Hansen has been a stable part of the danish techno scene in the past ten years, mainly producing music under the pseudonym Modah.
He has been running the Record Label TRTLNCK alongside Stephan Riesenfeld for the last few years, making vinyl releases and hosting parties on venues such as Ved Siden Af and Et Andet Sted.
Besides these, Morten has played in most of the venues in Copenhagen that feature electronic music and a few international gigs.
Morten and Stephan Riesenfeld are currently in the final steps of launching their new label "Evasion" focusing on the fast-paced, tooly, and melodic styles of techno that they love.

Next up in the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: Introversion

The 26-year-old Berliner by choice which defines himself as a producer, sound designer, and DJ is part of the new generation of young talents gaining a foothold in the electronic music industry by shaping it with his own pioneering style.

In terms of producing, drums play a significant role in Introversion’s compositions (it was the first instrument he laid his hands on in adolescent years). Many are breakbeat focused – not just the odd track here and there, it is definitely something that permanently defines his style. Other common denominators in his work are the continuous exploration of infusing furious dark 90’s inspired techno with melancholic trance elements. Drums in full attack or wild synth stabs often get calmed by an emerging wave of classic trance chords finding their way into the arrangement. The way Introversion carefully picks out and introduces these old school-components, not being scared of their effect upon incorporating them, is what makes his tracks sound fresh and invigorating.

As a DJ, Introversion creates a diverse combination of tracks originated from hard, forceful techno. His sets mainly consist of new or unreleased material, drawing inspiration from 90’s and 00’s techno, rave and trance, alongside bridging a way to well-selected classics. To find the right balance for the journey, the emphasis lies as much on seeking out the track with the perfect severe kick drum, as well as the one containing the right atmospheric moment: “I love to play melodies and harmonic stuff, not just drum jams. But always quite hard”.

Next up in the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: NEBBIERI

NEBBIERI is a stage name of a charismatic DJ, Marita Nebieridze, whose sets are based on the synthesis of techno, electro, and breakbeat. Her music vision was inspired at an early age by artists such as Kate Bush, The Prodigy, Psychic TV, Wendy Carlos, Kraftwerk, Brian Eno, and many more. The inspiration was depicted in her wonderful record collection. Later on, her enthusiasm transformed into a new initiative - aged 18, Marita eventually started DJing and throwing a regular home party series in Germany, alongside friends and like-minded people.

Since returning to Georgia, Marita debuted at HOROOM and then at BASSIANI’s q***r night series HOROOM NIGHTS. Besides music, things that really inspire her are sci-fi literature and the surrounding environment and social life with its daily occurrences. Therefore, she considers DJing to be a very special responsibility, as inspired by the music and social happenings simultaneously, NEBBIERI thinks a DJ can compose and express a dramaturgically rigorous story.

olesia is a Russian-born, London-based q***r DJ who goes in HARD. Think slamming techno that jumps from clean kickdrums to gnarlier beats of the early 90s, with the occasional jaw-grinding vocal thrown in at just the right time. Having played across the UK capital for Lobsterfest, Unfold, Riposte, Find Me In The Dark, Boudica and Inferno, she's navigated fluctuating crowds and various club settings, allowing her to expand her skill and ultimately hold the dancefloor in the palm of her hand.

Co-founder of Technomate, she uses the platform as an event, educational, and podcast platform to champion and showcase international FLINTA (female, le***an, inter, non-binary, trans and asexual / agender) artists.
While Technomate garners an online presence via a residency on Threads radio and standalone podcast series, olesia curates each aspect of TM8 to nurture London's techno scene for the better. Whether she's organizing discussions with established artists as part of the TM8 .edu series or booking the next round of inspiring and emerging artists for TM8 parties, olesia is a true talent contributing significant value to club culture in 2022.

Next up in the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: BitterCaress

For several years now, BitterCaress has been pursuing her own musical path. Coming from a classical music background and after studying the piano at the conservatory for several years in Paris, she discovered techno in Montreal when she moved there in 2014.

Professional raver and techno events organizer for a while, she had the chance to broaden her musical culture before going behind the decks at the end of 2018.

Her sharp selection reveals a marked taste for heavy bass and uncompromising beats. Her style is best described as ravy and highly energetic as she draws her inspiration from old school techno, mixing ravy and trancy atmospheres with raw and industrial energies. The artist gets highly creative behind the decks with her openness to other genres and her appetite for risks when comes the time to play unexpected guilty pleasures. BitterCaress definitely knows how to make people dance and will slay any dancefloors.
