Firstly, thank you to my crew who worked tireless preparing for today. Trimming nearly 100 lbs of skirt steak to grill up for our Skirt Steak Taco. We are opening our windows at 12 noon at Sew Hop'd Brewery. We are serving churros from our friends at Churros Y Chocolate Inc. Pouring Margaritasboth Classic and Wild Berry. Bloody Mary's are Jalapeño Popping today, and of course our featured beer is Sew Hop'ds El Colibri Mexican Lager. LIVE music today from Grant Milliren starting at 2 p.m.

Sunday, May 5th, starting at 12 noon at Sew Hop'd Brewery, we'll be bringing our Skirt Steak tacos, Pineapple Pork Quesadilla, Nachos are back! And a special treat from Churros Y Chocolate Inc. A little updated on tomorrow's, Saturday 4/20, menu. My supplier wasn't able to get the initial order for the soft shell crab. So, we made a substitution for a size down. A couple changes to the menu description and price.
