Common questions... do we hike and get ready or hike in our wedding attire? Here's some tips 1) it depends on the trail we're going on. There's nothing harder than hiking when you can't see your feet. 2), Getting ready at the top or the spot we picked out can make it a little less stressful and you can just focus on hiking to the top as fast as you're comfortable, 3) You can bring a small pop up tent if there isn't cover, you feel more comfortable, or if there's people around. This one was super light and easy. 4) Hike in good shoes, change into others at the top. My best advice is to find a good middle ground of some cute shoes that are very comfortable and have grip. I don't feature feet much anyhow. 5) You can also change back out and lower the potential for dirting your dress more or risk tearing it. Although doing those things are part of the adventure to in my mind.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Annie and Kris wanted to their winter engagement photo session in Rocky Mountain National Park and I couldn't honestly think of a better place. The park is amazing year round and so gorgeous.
