Global Game Jam Vancouver 2024 is finally here! After many venue discussions, we've opted for the jam to be online, however, since we still wanted to offer an opportunity to socialize, there will be FREE limited in-person tickets with food included to attend the opening ceremony at Vancouver Film School's TV Studio (88 E Pender St.).

New BC Covid Restrictions have led to a tough but necessary decision.

Unfortunately due new COVID restrictions, the Town One Game Jam has been delayed until the end of April with new event days being April 29th-May 1st, 2022. Your health and safety is our first priority so in light with potential extension of said restrictions, it was the best course of action.

Note: Tickets purchased are still fully valid for the new dates! No repurchase required. It will take us a bit of time to reflect this information on the event page and socials. If this change affects your confidence in participation in any capacity, send a message on the Town One discord channel or email [email protected] for full refunds.

Town One is an incubator game jam IN PERSON event that reimagines the jamming experience by providing critical guidance to our teams through a more practical development cycle that derives better portfolio material. Presentations, professional equipment and opportunities to learn from the industry’s best will let you develop an idea, collaborate on a holistic product, and showcase what you are made of!
