Our Story
From a very young age, I remember having a knack for music. I play the drums, piano, and guitar (all self-taught). Music has always been my way of expressing myself as it is true for most people. At the age of 11, I remember falling in love with the radio show "Delilah." Hearing the positive messages she spread across the nation with her smooth and calming voice made people feel good. She introduced me to a vast range of music genres. I knew at this point that music was my calling.
I began making mix tapes for friends and family while spending hours waiting for the "right songs" to come on the radio so I could push record on the cassette player. Because of the many hours listening to the radio, my knowledge for music became a lifestyle that I held onto through adulthood.
I got my big break in South Carolina some years ago while working security at nightclubs. I was fortunate to meet some influential people at concerts and clubs alike of which landed me an internship in sales-broadcasting for Z-93 Jamz. I haven't looked back since. I have been in the entertainment/DJ industry since 2005. I have been honing in on my mixing and turntablism skills since 2008. I have been a full-time wedding DJ for the last 8 years with close to 13 years total in the professional entertainment industry.
My biggest musical inspiration has always been Boyz II Men and they are the reason I utilize the roman numeral "II" as a tribute for their contribution in my life. My other favorite music tastes include all different genres from 1990-2010. I really enjoy what I do. Music is a passion for me, it's not a job.
