🎭✨ Tuffy Love 2024 Unwrapped! ✨🎭
This year has been an incredible journey, filled with glitter, love, and community magic. Let’s take a look back:

🎉 32 Events – I had the honor of stepping onto a stage, parading through the streets, and spreading joy in Hammond, Ponchatoula, Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge! From bingo to brunch, parades to pageants, I met so many incredible people and performers. Thank you all for connecting and helping me spread q***r joy!

🌈 Community Impact – Together, we made a difference through fundraising and advocacy!

I had the honor of hosting 11 events benefiting Q***r Northshore! In 2024, we danced the night away, played trivia and bingo together, and even decorated delicious cookies! And I got to do all of this with Lana O'Day by my side!

The Lavender Lions and I hosted 5 shows, including 2 Lavender Graduations at Southeastern Louisiana University, to support and celebrate LGBTQ+ students' contributions to campus and beyond!

💫 Tuffy’s Firsts – 2024 was a year of groundbreaking milestones for me!

🌟 In February, I kicked off the year with a bang as I strutted the streets of Abita Springs with Q***r Northshore in the Push Mow Parade!
🎤 In March, I hosted Drag Trivia Night at Tandem Coffee and Cocktails which led to our monthly Drag Bingo!
👑 In September, I competed in my first pageant, the Miss Louisiana Leatherette Pageant, where I was a lovely 1st Runner Up!
🍳 I also made my drag brunch debut at The Collab Slidell—who’s ready for more brunches in 2025?

🌈 Pride Northshore: Making History Together 🌈
This June, we didn’t just celebrate—we made history! Together with Q***r Northshore, I hosted/participated in events across the region that brought our community together like never before:

🎉 Pride Northshore Parade – The Northsore’s Inaugural Pride Parade! Marching with the Lavender Lions was a dream come true! I still get choked up thinking about all of the hugs and smiles I received that day!
🍪 Drag Cookie Decorating with The DociaMack – Sweet treats and even a few sultry performances!
🏳️‍🌈 Q***r Northshore Pride Party – An afternoon of joy, celebration, and fabulous performances and Twins Steeples Creative Arts Center!
✨ All That Glitters Pride Party – Benny's Place lit up with love and pride for their first-ever drag show!

These events were more than just celebrations—they were a statement of unity, love, and visibility. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made these moments unforgettable. Here’s to continuing this tradition and making even more history in 2025!

Merry Christmas and Happy Ho-lidays, friends! If you’re looking for some stress relief, consider coloring/illustrating the Night Before Christmas at Tuffy Love’s Truck Stop!

Twas the night before Christmas, and down at the lot,
The engines were rumbling; the trucks were all hot.
Diesels were idling, their drivers at ease,
Dreaming of home—or perhaps a st******se.

The lights of the truck stop cast quite the glow,
Highlighting the glamour of one Dr. Tuffy Love, Ho!
With a wig stacked high and heels sky-high too,
She strutted the lot in her red patent shoes.

Her lashes were longer than I-55,
Her makeup? Perfection, not a flaw you could find.
Fishnets were ripped, but intentionally so—
Tuffy Love knows how to put on a show.

The truckers all stared as she sashayed by,
A glittering queen beneath the night sky.
“Who needs a chimney?” she purred with a wink.
“I’ll slide down your cab faster than you think.”

When out on the lot there arose such a clatter,
Tuffy spun on her heel to see what was the matter.
A truck horn blared loud, its engine did roar,
And there came a big rig like none seen before.

It was decked out in garlands, with wreaths on the side,
And on the cab’s roof, Santa sat with his ride.
But these weren’t reindeer, oh no, far from that—
Eight dazzling drag queens, each in a sequin hat.

“On RuPaul! On Bianca! On Lana, yes!
On Trixie! On Katya! On Jinkx in her dress!
To the top of the diner, to the edge of the lot—
We’ve got presents to spread, and the night’s getting hot!”

Santa leapt down with a bag full of glam,
Saying, “Tuffy Love, darling, I’m your biggest fan.
You’ve brought joy to this lot with your sass and your style,
So let me give back—sit down for a while.”

He handed out lipsticks, he gave out new wigs,
Tossing lashes and fishnets to truckers in digs.
A disco ball dropped from the back of his sleigh,
And they all danced together till the break of day.

As dawn started breaking, Santa climbed in his truck,
Blowing kisses to Tuffy, who was awestruck.
And he called as he rolled out, his voice full of cheer,
“Merry Christmas to all, and a fierce New Year!”

Who's ready for a little bingo?

How fun! Christmas Drag Bingo at Tandem!!
💥Friday, 12/20 is our infamous Drag Bingo night! A fabulous and FREE event! Our beautiful cohosts Dr. Tuffy Love Andrews and Lana O'Day bless us with their performances in between fun rounds of bingo. And yes, prizes are awarded..but let’s be honest, being in their presence is awarding enough! 🫶👯‍♀️. We cannot wait to see what fun Christmas outfits they will be wearing!
This is all ages, and the show begins at 6pm. Don’t forget those bills for our queens, and extra chairs as this tends to be a popular event.

Shower 4 is now a dual shower for two people at once! This is a cost infective measure aimed at saving Truckers money while reducing water use.

You can invite a friend, or wait in our queue while we find another random truck driver to shower with you. This new experience is only $5 more than our normal showers!
