Art Across Borders is now That’s So Sam

Since 2015 this page has been a place where my creative adventures have lived and where my first business Art Across Borders has grown. It started as the title to my senior art exhibition focusing on my creative travels in 4 countries and sharing my passion for creative outlets for kids. Once I graduated, Art Across Borders continued but changed its direction. I bought Flo the bus and we traveled around the state empowering others to cross borders within themselves as they grew their creativity. Ive continued this adventure with my second bus Frankie but I’ve felt a change in how I want to continue to share my art with the world and I’m excited for some restructuring. Over the last 10 years it’s been an exciting journey to discover my voice and style as an artist. I am passionate about creating, not just two and three dimensional art but experiences where people feel joy and wonder. I know I leave a mark in this world in a colorful and particular way as I’ve often had people give me gifts or share stories of experiences that they had said “that’s so Sam” when sharing the item or story. In reflecting on this phrase for the name of my rebrand it felt fitting. My hope is that through experiences or my art you will have a “That’s So Sam” response. More to come as this change starts to unfold and I am excited to continue to share my ideas and art with you all. Thank you all for your incredible support and love.

It's that time of year! I am so thankful to have two businesses to run this year and am so excited for all that we are doing over at Propagate Studio that I just will not have time to take as many pet portrait orders as I normally do (usually at least 100!) I have 25 orders available still so please place your order soon if you would like a pet portrait! If I complete them within the next two weeks I will open up local pick up orders.
