Colin Peters Films was never meant to grow into the journey that it did.
But I'm so grateful for what it became.
Over the last 9 years, what started as a hobby capturing memories at a friend's wedding grew into a hundred weddings more. Over the last few wedding seasons, most of my summer and fall weekends have been spent with couples in love getting married.
I learned a ton, created memories that will last a lifetime, and most importantly, met amazing vendors and couples along the way.
I'm winding down this chapter primarily to spend time with my family. As I said, this wasn't meant to grow to what it has. And while the wedding industry is an amazing one, I have a full-time career outside of wedding videos, and a family that I'd love to spend more weekends with throughout the year.
I also want to open more opportunity for upcoming videographers getting into the wedding scene in Niagara. There are younger and more creative videographers entering this space every year who deserve the business.
