One weekend off is sometimes all you need!

In a world of filters and edits and perfect looking homes, yards, kitchens, kids and clothes. Social media has made us feel like we have to have sound track to our lives literally( like oh "what song should I use for a backdrop to my life? What filter do I add? How do I do some cool magical edit to make things appear and not appear? How do I crop out this toy or basketball hoop or shoe in the background? How do I get my family to look happy at that very second I need to get a #Instaworthy pic?" Is there a tribe of peeps, creative artist, performing artist, planners, moms, business owners and more who are like me who may think it's all cool but exhausting? I miss when life was simple and we didn't have to feel like our lives needed to be presented like we are hosting a #HGTV show!😆😆😄🤷🏽‍♀️Just Sayin! But it's kinda addicting and thrilling to follow new trends. But sometimes just a candid moment like the one I captured today of my 20 month old and my 6 yr old playing and hanging with their #auntie #godmommy was just so wonderful and real! Yes I am a rental and hosting business but my Brand is also livin g a really #lifestyle! I love fancy chic minimalist quality things but the most important things are my family and God! So I challenge you to step out of that comfort zone and just #getreal and Enjoy every moment you have left on this earth with your loved ones. Who cares if it's not picture perfect!

Another quiet Easter at home social distancing with my hubby, kids and my sister and brother in law. Rock With Me is a small family company like so many of you out there! It's not easy doing this with kids at home 24/7 as the main care giver but we are blessed to have kids that roll with it! It's been a wonderful year post baby having this time with our children and now it's rime to get back to work! Thanks for following us on this Play journey and I look forward to sharing more content and products and meeting new clients in these next few days as we prep foe new equipment rent starting this month.
