I got these delicious carrots from . I love being able to use an entire vegetable, so I used the carrot tops to make chimichurri and the carrot ends and skins to make soup stock. I try to keep produce out of the garbage or compost pile!

The Farm Belly is a catering company that uses the freshest ingredients from Connecticut farms. We have cultivated relationships with our farmer friends because we believe it is important to know where your food comes from. Know your farmer, know your food! All of the food we serve is sourced within a two hour drive from a farm to our prep tables. Our menus are tailored to each client using the freshest, seasonal ingredients.
