We are currently renovating and cleaning the food truck!
This is exciting for me, every year is a new year for us. We will be reforming menu items and discussing value that we can bring to the customer.
I would like to offer catering specials through the early year in order to keep us valid in Lubbocks bustling food market.
We will continue to have 12-15$ a head catering deals with a fully customizable order plan.

Just took the truck in for some major repairs and trying to winterize it so there are no hiccups.
We will be off for a while to make sure they have time to fix me up!
I suggest all food trucks do the same. You do not want to wait until something bad happens! Thank you to all who’ve reached out to put on events this fall it has been a blessing for me and my crew. We should be back at it next week.
