We are definitely needing some volunteers and sponsors, if you are interested please let me know. Percy is currently working on a menu. 😊

We are fundraising again for our annual Holiday Party. This is also a good way to save on some donuts…they are now $17 a dozen. Please let me know if you have any questions!!!!

We are going to be gearing up for our Annual Holiday Party in October. In the meantime….if you would like to volunteer, please reach out. We need more committed volunteers for our Prom in May more so than our Holiday Party. Our Prom space is huge and we will need more hands on deck as we continue to grow. Also we welcome any ideas for fundraising. 😀

We will have sodas available for purchase for participants. We will have water and Capri-Suns available for free for participants and parents/guardians/caregivers. While there will be a cash bar for sodas for participants…zero alcohol can be purchased by participants. Parents/Guardians/Caregivers are free to purchase alcohol and /or sodas. We are doing this for the protection of participants because we are aware that many are on medications that cannot be mixed with alcohol.

Local friends…..if you have a prom dress you would like to donate I’ll be at Jan’s Naturals & Coffee Shop next Saturday 2/24 from 10-1 collecting dresses. It’s on the opposite corner of the Maryville Walgreens next to Casca nail salon. 👗 please share!

Who doesn’t love donuts!!! Extraordinary Events does events for individuals with special needs and we are doing a fundraiser. Buy a gift card from us for $14 for a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and redeem them in store anytime after February 8. Gift certificates never expire. Contact Amy @ 217-707-8642 with any questions.

Super EXCITED!!!! We have our location and date booked for An Extraordinary Prom. Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Fireman’s Hall in Collinsville. My heart is so very happy at how successful our organization is and is growing. I am very proud of my Board Members and volunteers who have taken this journey with me and are such hard workers and loyal supporters!!! Every time I think about it I have tears of absolute joy. And I am not a cryer. 🥰😍
