Huge appreciation post. I just can’t say enough about our team for catering. We have had a busy weekend and these folks are absolute troopers. Friday we did two rehearsal dinners. Then yesterday we did not 1, not 2 but 3 weddings. One of the weddings we provided a service that was a first for us. Not charcuterie but actual appetizers. Chicken skewers, potatoe skins and a crostini. Our team knocked it out of the park. We did provide charcuterie for the other two weddings. I’m very blessed to have the people that I do working with us.
Today I’m in Harwood cooking a pig for a community fundraiser. Again a huge shout out to our amazing team. Todd, Bryer, Julene, Michelle, Macey, Mark, Kim, Tanya, Jackie, Shaunna, Alyssa, Laurence. Much love and appreciation from both of us.

The pig is on and cooking. We do have a limited amount of last minute seats. They will be available first come first serve. Tonight’s menu is roast pig, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw and homemade pie for dessert. As always tea, coffee and water are available.

Just catching my breath after a very busy week/weekend. We were at Esco on Monday for 4 visits 11,12,6:30pm and 2am. Then Thursday I was at Alderville First Nation for men’s night. Friday luncheon at the Long Term Waste Management Facility. Saturday I was in Stirling for a pig roast. Anna took a crew to Cavan for a wedding. Another crew did a bbq in Baltimore. I had 2 of my staff go serve at another wedding in Ottonabee South Monaghan. Today myself and 2 staff were at a Horse Show just north of Fowler Corners. Time for a tea and my feet up. I can’t thank my amazing teammates enough for their hard work. So very appreciative of them.

Setup in Campbellford today for a wedding. Using Dads Rotisserie and thinking of him on this Fathers Day weekend. Cheers to all the Dads out there. Thinking of all the Dads in Heaven looking out for those of us still here.

Sunday June 9 I’m bringing the rotisserie back home to the Harwood Hall. Serving up rotisserie beef, baked potatoes and Caesar Salad, along with dessert. Great fundraiser for the only Community Owned Hall in Hamilton Township. I would absolutely love to see everyone there.

Setup in Burnbrae today. Making poutine for a funeral. Apparently the recently departed was a big fan of poutine later in life. What a great way to honour this lady.
