We catered 2 events yesterday including Save on Foods Christmas Party. Now two days of rest and we get back at it. It’s been a great year and some nice weather to go with it.

Rogers Sugar’s Taber, Alberta facility processes sugar beets grown by about 400 growers in southern Alberta.
Sugar verification
To identify Rogers Sugar made from Alberta beets, look for a black factory stamp on the bag with the numbers “22” starting the sequence.
Sugar production
The Taber facility is Canada’s only sugar beet processing plant and produces about 1,000 tonnes of sugar per day during peak season.
