When the woman your shooting has a vison all her own, you just lace up your hiknig boots, sinch down the backpack straps, and stablize your camera because you know you're in for an adventure. And I wasn't disppointed with these two. Arielle Vey + Bennett Jefferson Roberts were married in Belleveue and we took a little side trip here with Carol Vey who definitely impressed me with her all terrian skills when things starting getting vertical. Michelle Scolman was leading the pack and shooting off all the photographs that make up their beautiful wedding collection. Finally getting to work on their feature length!!! Ah, be still my heart. My love for the Pacific Northwest continues. And these two people who I’ve called friends for almost a decade! Wow! When @ariellevey & @bennettjroberts asked me to shoot their wedding video alongside photographer @vtylerphotos & talented florist @layeredvintage, I knew the stars had aligned to bring me back to my roots, to capture and create and collaborate with some of my favorite people. Three days of shooting and this is just a little slice of the magic pie that is my first #seattleweddingvideographer trip.
