It's been a week since this wonderful lady became a missus. As one of the original members of the Labor of Love team, she has always brought her passion and big heart to our events, even while excelling as an Electrical Engineer by profession. From her role as a leader in the Youth Ministry to her achievements as an outstanding manager at work, and now to her new journey as a married woman, we are incredibly proud of you, Bel!

Roan’s love for orchestrating memorable moments originated from childhood days when she would lead her cousins for family gathering dance performances and planning outreach activities with less fortunate kids in the neighborhood.
Throughout her academic career, she was frequently the class secretary taking detailed notes and tracking and delegating tasks. She graduated from De La Salle University, major in Business Management with specialization in Entrepreneurship. Shortly after college, after organizing a relative’s wedding, Roan’s interest in event planning and coordination only grew stronger.

Choosing a path in event centered marketing, Roan was battle hardened by top executives under Porsche and Audi Philippines, helming clubbing and lifestyle events with designers, celebrities and the elite. She eventually became an integral part of a dynamic multimedia company that curated a benefit dinner showcasing Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, a travel show hosted by America’s Next Top Model Sophie Sumner and Australian rockstar MiG Ayesa, and brought Disney Live to MOA Arena.

Working to coordinate world class events inspired Roan to bring her talents to the private citizen, leading to the start of her own company. In 2016, the aptly branded “Labor of Love” was born, where she strives to go above and beyond for her clients. She has managed a wide array of events, ranging from the most intimate weddings to grand debuts and corporate gatherings. Roan is also a capable host, infusing each event with a touch of warmth and enthusiasm. With a diverse portfolio in events and marketing, she is dedicated to making every occasion a true labor of love, where meticulous planning and charismatic relations come together to create unforgettable memories. The core values of purpose, passion and perseverance are the driving force behind the labor of love poured into each event, ensuring that every moment will be cherished and meaningful.
