With more than 50 years family history in the photography business stretching from the mid 1950's to the present day, we are committed to providing you with an exceptionally professional service. Mark's father Paddy Whelan ( Irish Times Photojournalist ~ retired ) was a leading photographer covering the major stories in Ireland's recent history, as well as photographing many weddings and special occasions for people , at a time when photography was looked on as a real skill. Watching, learning, practising & many hours in a darkroom, honing a craft of magic-like skill, transforming blank paper into images of life and love and priceless memories, inevitably led Mark to follow his fathers example.
