Moments are fleeting. The older you get the faster the years go by. The miracle of photography is being able to capture those precious moments and save them for ever.
I am a journalistic style photographer. I specialize in Lifestyle sessions, which just means I want to capture your life as it is right now.
Families: Taking your family to the park on a Saturday afternoon, or a summer day at the beach seems routine, but as the kids grow up, those days fade away. Bring me with you for an hour or two to help you capture those memories for you. Do you have any special family traditions, like cutting down your Christmas tree together? I can capture the magic of those moments for you too.
Newborns/Adoptions: The first few weeks at home with a newborn (or an older adopted child) are so very unique. Believe me, I have done it 4 times, and each time it is a new and different experience. There is the chaos of family change - integrating a new person into the household, visitors, exhaustion, and messy kitchens. There is also the beauty of new life, expectations for what this person will become as a part of your family, the special bonding moments with mom, dad, and siblings. Bring me into your home to capture the details of those first days - or your sleep deprivation may cause you to forget them.
Couples: Do you have special things you like to do together? Walks in the park, breakfast and coffee, a special restaurant or cafe, art projects? Someday you'll want to remember these special and beautiful moments in your life with the person you love. Whether newly engaged, just married, or even if you have walked many years together, I can capture the special moments with your love, so that you will always remember them.
Portraits: Are you interested in more traditional posed portraits? I also offer Senior Sessions, Family and Child Sessions, as well as Professional Headshots. Portrait sessions are at a nearby location of your choice, or in my studio where all of my backgrounds and sets are handmade by me.
Proofs and Printing: I offer digital proofs for your personal archives and online sharing. Because I want you to have the best quality prints and wall art, I personally take your print order, and process it at a professional photo printing lab so your photos look amazing in your home. Yes, it costs a little more than printing them yourself, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for.
