Texas USA trip saw us visit panther city BBQ which is in the top ten Texas monthly top 50
As well as visiting Meat Church BBQ HQ and Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products HQ in Oklahoma City.. also got to cook a couple of brisket, whole chuck ,pork butt and some pork ribs.

Beef shin hammer

Just a quick trim of the silver skin tied up with same twine then rubbed some killer tasting rub I’ve recently been loving Loot N' B***y BBQ what’s your beef and one with everything rub.. smoked using cherry chucks on the trusty Weber kettle. wrapped after 2.5hours.. looking forward to seeing how it comes out..
