At one of our stops in a small town in coffee country, there were some vintage coffee contraptions. This was a coffee roaster in their window, just part of the history of Kona growing regions rich coffee history.

What!! Another home run coffee from the Teddy Roastevelt is a bit darker than my norm but velvety smooth with a bold flavor certainly living up to the namesake! Go check this one out!

Hey now… this one is pretty good! Still dialing in the shot timing but already I can taste the layers of flavor very similar to the Guatemalan I’m used to roasting, just a tad darker, smoother and sweeter! 😊💪👍 On my second cup, there will be a third later!

First BRCC up is Silencer Smooth…bag says perfect for the quiet professional so figured that might be a good fit for me. 😊 not ideal for a latte but it still delivers the smooth, crisp flavor with a clean finish as promised. I’d add cocoa nibs to the flavor notes, more pronounced as it cools. Might have to do a shot of this with out the milk next to dig into the flavor layers! 😋
