Things To Know About Black Arts & Wine Festival:

VIP Entry + Parking – We have two entrances, one is located near the front doors of the mansion and the other one is near the museum gate entrance. (Look for Purple Balloons) We will begin Pre-Registration at 11:30AM if you want to check in early/get your wristband and hang out in your car until we open at 12PM. We anticipate everyone arriving as soon as the event starts.

VIP Package – You will receive one ticket for a Charcuterie Box from Hill Kitchen Diaries, a ticket for your hot meal from Chef Eli and two drink tickets to redeem for full servings of wine at the VIP Bar. Please redeem your ticket for the Charcuterie Boxes by 2PM.

Additional Parking: There is free parking on the MOSH Museum grounds. We HIGHLY recommend Uber/Lyft/Carpool due to the amount of sampling wines. We want all guests to drink responsibly! Doors Open at 2PM for General Admission ticket holders. There is an entrance located in front of the festival grounds right after you enter the gate. (Look for Purple Balloons)

Attire: Casual Chic Attire. Ladies, wear wedges or flats due to most of the event being in grassy areas.

Food Options: This festival includes 3 Gourmet Food Vendors (1 Vegan), 1 Charcuterie Vendor and Pop’s Kernel Gourmet Popcorn. All items can be purchased with electronic payments.

Bars: There are 4 bars spaced out around the festival grounds so long lines can be avoided. You can redeem your two drink tickets for full servings of wine. Drink tickets cannot be purchased for this event.

Weather: Predicted weather is in the low 80s and sunny, so dress accordingly. 85% of the vendors are located outdoors.

Things To Know About Elixir:

1) Pre-Registration Opens 7PM-8PM! Check in early and purchase drink tickets in the lobby until the doors open at 8PM. BRING YOUR ID

2) VIP Guests will have their own line at Registration (Located to the far left) VIP Guests will receive one drink ticket upon entry and you can grab your drinks all night at the VIP Bar in the Velvet Room.

3) Hilton will have wings, flat bread pizzas and sandwiches available to purchase upstairs in their cafe until 10PM.

4) Cocktail Attire Required for entry into Elixir.

5) We highly recommend early arrival at the Hilton before 9PM for easy parking or using Uber/Lyft to be dropped off at the hotel entrance.

Additional parking is available next door at the movie theater and surrounding parking lots. There will be 4 Mercedes Sprinters rotating in all of the parking lots to take guests to the front door of the event from 9PM-1AM.

6) If this is your first time attending Elixir, you’ll get to enjoy moving around to 6 Different Rooms all night long, so you don’t want to arrive fashionably late 😉
