Last Friday, our group kicked off the evening with a magical walk through ICE!, followed by an incredible dinner at Old Hickory Steakhouse. The 3P-Events team handled every detail — including creating the beautiful floral arrangements — to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

So grateful for the opportunity to bring this event to life! 💙

🎄✨ Tonight, 3P-Events is thrilled to produce a festive and unforgettable holiday celebration for our client at the beautiful Ga***rd Texan Resort! ✨🎄

Our client’s guests will begin their evening with smooth, reliable transportation courtesy of Premier Transportation, with pickup scheduled for 5:00 PM. Their professional service ensures the group arrives relaxed, on time, and ready for an incredible night ahead.

The celebration kicks off with a magical walk-through of ICE!, Ga***rd’s iconic holiday attraction. Guests will experience towering hand-carved ice sculptures, vibrant frozen scenes, and whimsical tunnels — a true winter wonderland brought to life with millions of pounds of ice. It’s an inspiring start to an evening full of joy and seasonal spirit.

Following their ICE! adventure, the group will make their way to the elegant Old Hickory Steakhouse. With its warm ambiance, elevated cuisine, and exceptional service, Old Hickory sets the perfect stage for a memorable and festive holiday dinner.

Throughout the evening, the 3P-Events Elves will be onsite overseeing every detail — managing logistics, coordinating transitions, and ensuring every moment flows seamlessly. Our team is dedicated to creating a flawless guest experience so our client can enjoy a stress-free, magical holiday celebration.

We are truly excited to host this wonderful group and bring their holiday vision to life.
