JOHN E RADIC vs ACID HAZE
No Disqualification Match!

At SuperSlam 13, on June 10th 2023, the then PWSA - Pro Wrestling South Australia Champion, Acid Haze, defeated John E Radic in Radic's retirement match.

Since then, John E Radic has become the host of PWSA events and Acid Haze has destroyed everything in his path.

This is how we got here:

In July 2023, Acid Haze was defending his title against Downunder but lost his PWSA Championship to Colossus during that match.
Colossus cashed in his Contract in the Case and pinned Acid Haze to win the title.

John E Radic and the PWSA General Manager at the time Paul Roberts rallied behind the original number one contender, Downunder, to receive the first title match against Colossus, instead of Acid Haze in August 2023.

In September 2023, the fans had a vote to choose Colossus' next opponent and they chose Ace Wilson over Acid Haze.

It was at this time that. as we have since found out, Acid Haze had been plotting against PWSA, as he never received his title rematch and felt the fans had turned their back on him.

In 3 months, PWSA unexplainedly lost Karadinga as its home venue, lost our page and our YouTube account had been deleted. It has been discovered that it was an inside job perpetrated by a bitter Acid Haze.

In May 2024, Acid turned his back on PWSA, the fans, and their favourite wrestlers when he destroyed Malykai Slic and recruited Ace Wilson, who Acid had brainwashed, into his new cult, The Machine.

After recruiting Brett Santirini, they were responsible for getting Paul Roberts fired as the General Manager.

When John E Radic came out of retirement in June this year at the "Don't Call It A Comeback" event and defeated Jaxx L Radic, this apparently set Acid into meltdown, as one of Acid Haze's greatest accomplishments was defeating his mentor and trainer, Radic, in his last match.

From then, Acid has been trying to get into Radic's head and goading him into one more match with him, so he can finally put Radic down but John E has refused and has reminded Acid that he is retired.

In July at the 25th Anniversary REUNION ROYAL RUMBLE, John E Radic entered the Rumble and immediately eliminated Acid Haze.

At the August event, at the beginning of the night, Acid demanded that Radic come out of "retirement" for one more match. He wanted revenge for the elimination but Radic refused Acid's demand again.

Later that night, PWSA Champion Blarzay asked Radic to be his tag team partner for one more match in his battle against Colossus and Jaxx L Radic. After some thought and convincing from the live audience, Radic accepted to team with Blarzay at the September War Games event.

At War Games, during the tag team match, Acid Haze distracted Radic by barging into the canteen and threatening Radic's wife Paula. This caused Radic to give chase.

In the War Games Cup Match, all members of The Machine and Twisted J were the final four participants. The winner would face Blarzay in November.

In the final stages, of the War Games Cup match, Twisted J eliminated Santirini and Ace Wilson but was about to be eliminated himself by Acid Haze until Radic interfered and hit an E-Radic-Ator on Acid, allowing Twisted to win, snatching the victory and number one contenders from Acid Haze.

At the November 16th event, Acid Haze demanded a match with Radic again. This time threatening to harm Blarzay's already sprained neck in the main event.

Acid had Blarzay in a Deathlock DDT position and gave Radic his word that he would not deliver the move to his friend Blarzay if he accepted a match against him at Hardcore Mania.

Radic finally, after all these months, agreed to the match but Acid, in his sick mind, threw Blarzay's limp body to Ace Wilson and he delivered the devasting DDT to Blarzay, injuring his neck even worse.

Radic charged the ring but was attacked by Ace Wilson and was left lying in the ring.

This match is 18 Months in the Making!

Acid Haze has gotten what he wanted. A match with Radic and it might be one of the biggest mistakes of his career.

But Radic, finally accepting the match after being retired for nearly 18 months, might be the biggest mistake of his life.

PWSA - Pro Wrestling South Australia Tag Team Championship

COLOSSUS & JAXX L RADIC vs REZNOR & MUERTE

Colossus & Jaxx have refused to give The Goons a rematch for the tag titles.

They claim that their original title reign was a fluke and that without The Machine's help, The Goons would never have won the titles.

Instead, they will be defending the PWSA Tag Titles against the menacing duo of Mu**to & Reznor from Victoria.

Mu**to & Reznor are undefeated in tag team action and have defeated all comers in the Eastern states.

Now they will travel to Adelaide to hopefully continue their undefeated streak and take the PWSA Tag Team championships back to Victoria.

Usually, a team from Victoria are the the villains on South Australian territory but against Jaxx, Colossus and their manager Maddie James, we think that PWSA fans may want to see a title change.

At the last PWSA - Pro Wrestling South Australia event on October 19, Joey Triton was suspended for slapping former PWSA wrestler JMC across the face in front of his son.

As JMC was a paying customer, the official policy is that fans can not assault wrestlers and vice versa, wrestlers can not assault fans, no matter what is said.

Triton was suspended for a month and told to leave the building but returned to ringside later that night and delivered a devasting spear on Rocco Reid during the raffle.

This added another month of suspension and a hefty fine.

JMC wants revenge in the ring but unfortunately, due to a broken neck he suffered in 2013 at the hands of Jake Viper, JMC's doctors are reluctant to allow him to wrestle ever again.

Jake Viper, the man who injured JMC over a decade ago, has stated that if JMC was to make a return, he would like to help him in his comeback. Viper has never forgiven himself for delivering the "Pedigree" that broke JMC's neck over a decade ago.

Only JMC and the "PWSA Video Vault" have the footage of that match.

The only way JMC might be able to get a measure of revenge will be out on the street because he has been warned, that if he lays a hand on Triton from behind the security barriers at an event, he will be banned from PWSA events.

When Triton's suspension is over, he may have to watch his back as he has made enemies with both JMC and Rocco Reid.

JMC will be at Saturday Night Showdown 2.

He has an announcement to make. We are keen to find out exactly what he has to say.

Josh Redfield returns and has answered Santirini's challenge!!

14/11/2024

With his "The Decade" partner Kinkaid gone "AWOL", Corvidae is back in the single title hunt but Victorian, James Marshall, has other plans for Corvidae.

The Victorians have invaded PWSA - Pro Wrestling South Australia !

Can Corvidae get the win for SA and climb the ladder of championship contention?

This Saturday night!!

Michael Weaver is back, which is unfortunate for Victorian rookie, Jackson Wylde.

At the last event, Michael Weaver confronted Twisted J and told Twisted J some hard truths about what it was like to be a monster in the ring.

He said Twisted J, although he just won the War Games Cup a second time (Weaver is the only other man to do it twice ), is no longer "Twisted" and should only call himself "J".

Weaver challenged Twisted J to a match at HARDCORE MANIA on December 21st and suggested that Twisted J find his "inner monster" if he thinks he can withstand Weaver's onslaught.

If Twisted J wins the championship against Blarzay on Saturday, Weaver will be the automatic number one contender.

Jackson Wylde is half of Weaver's size but from what we have heard about this young rookie, he has a heart and determination.

A victory against one of Australia's most dominant big men will put his name on the wrestling map in Australia.

Saturday November 2nd
Greenwith Community Centre

Introducing the Inductees:
CANNONBALL KRIS TAYLOR

Cannonball Kris Taylor made his pro wrestling debut against Steve O'Neal in November 2001 and in his first appearance, captured the imagination of every wrestling fan in South Australia ever since.

Cannonball was trained by three fellow 2024 Hall of Famers in his rookie year. Of course, none other than wrestling legend Col Dervany but also Tony Stone and his best friend, Steve O'Neal.

Cannonball was a crowd favourite since day one and has won many titles in his 16-plus year in-ring career.

He is a former MPW Champion, Snakepit/PWSA Champion, HRPW TV Champion, ICW Champion and PWSA Tag Champion (w/Blake Mitchell).

Cannonball has shared the ring with many great Australian Wrestling stars over his illustrious career such as Rocky Menero, John E Radic, Steve O'Neal, Blake Mitchell, Man Mountain, Acid Haze, Ace Wilson, Havok, JAG and so many more.

Cannonball has also shared the ring with former WWE & ECW superstars such as Chris Masters, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, Balls Mahoney, Al Snow, Raven and Steve Corino among others.

Some of Cannonball's career highlights:
Winning his first Championship (MPW Title) in 2003, defeating Ace Wilson in a Flaming Tables Match in 2007, defeating former WWE star Chris Masters in 2009 and saving Snakepit from the HRPW invasion in 2015.

Other career highlights include a tour of the USA where he wrestled for the world-famous HOF Wild Samoans in the WXW.

Cannonball, along with John E Radic, P-Mac, Chopper Coleman, Nick Savage, The Mysfit, Kinkaid and a few others helped change the landscape of SA Wrestling in 2001 by bringing in a huge dose of much-needed charisma and character that fans could really be drawn to.

His career was cut short due to a leg injury in 2017.

Since his retirement, Cannonball still shows his face at PWSA events from time to time, and the fans still cheer for him like he had never left.

His immense popularity and intensity in the ring placed him on the map as one of the all-time greats over the last 25 years.

A worthy induction into the 2024 Hall of Fame and he will be inducted by Blake "The Man" Mitchell.

2024 South Australian Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame
Saturday November 2nd
Greenwith Community Centre

Introducing the Inductees:

JOE GRECO

Like everyone who has ever been part of the wrestling business, we were all fans first.

Pro Wrestlers put their money, time, blood, sweat and tears, literally and figuratively, with hard work in the ring. Training and performing.

Some become stars and can end up in the big time.

None of that is possible without those who also put their money, time, blood, sweat and tears into the wrestling business but behind the scenes.

Joe Greco is one man who has put so much into pro wrestling in South Australia, not because he wanted to be in the ring and perform but because he loved it and he loved those who put their bodies on the line for the fans.

Joe Greco started with a company called XAW, which was the base promotion for both RCW & HRPW. He would help set up the events because he just wanted to be involved in the business.

He then purchased a wrestling ring from South Australian Wrestling legend, Frank Carpenter, and from there, Joe became one of the most influential figures in South Australian Pro Wrestling but from behind the scenes.

In 2003. Maximum Power Wrestling (MPW) went out of business and the wrestlers from Col Dervany's Monster Factory were left without a promoter.

Joe Greco stepped in and ran a few events under the name Joint Promotions but would move on in 2004.

Joe then joined a very young and inexperienced Riot City Wrestling crew and the rest is history.

For 15 years, Joe was the motor under the hood that helped drive the company to become one of the strongest promotions in the country.

He did it out of love and is one of the most respected and admired people, in and out of the ring still to this day.

Joe has since retired but his legacy and influence still remain.

Without his help and passion, the companies that spawned out of Joint Promotions (Pro Wrestling South Australia) and Riot City, would not be where they are today.

A welcome addition to the 2024 Hall of Fame and he will be inducted by none other than Mat Basso.

The charismatic Victorian, Jordie Sparkles returns to PWSA to face the resident South Australian Scumbag, Joey Triton in one on one competition.

The last time we saw Sparkles was in May and he had a locker room altercation with Triton that was broken up by PWSA officials.

The last time we saw Triton, he had a face to face shouting match with former PWSA star, JMC who was sitting front row.

JMC has booked the front row with his son again, so it will be interesting to see if Triton can keep his mind on the match rather than his former enemy.

SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
BOB & THE DECADE vs THE MACHINE

So much has happened over the last few months and it has all accumulated to this Six Man Tag Team Match.

Acid Haze and Ace Wilson revealed who their newest Machine member was and it was none other than Santirini.

They distracted BOB, which allowed Santirini to hit a low blow to his former partner and best friend and pin him for the Adelaide Open Championship!

BOB was then subject to a Machine attack but it was stopped by The Decade (Kinkaid & Corvidae).

The PWSA fans called for a Six Man Tag Team Match and that is exactly what Commissioner Freak gave them and made the match for October 19th!

Will BOB and The Decade get a measure of revenge or will the Machine run roughshod through this unlikely trio?

Find out on Saturday October 19!
