Deciduous is a collaborative project comprised of two likeminded individuals from Dublin, Ireland. Since their formation in 2017 they have crossed the threshold from the dancefloor to the decks. �The steady rise of Deciduous has been propelled by a keen ear for emotive music and an exciting production style which blends influences from a host of artists, labels and elements of nature. These influences combine with a are for composing synth-laden, progressive tracks that strip music back to its essential elements and take the listener on an embryonic journey.

Astral Records closes out a successful second year by welcoming Deciduous back to the label for a new EP. Based in Ireland, the Deciduous production duo was conceptualized in 2017 with a mission to bring their synth-laden progressive tracks to the dance floor. Two years spent perfecting their craft eventually led to 2019 releases via 3rd Avenue, Awen Records and Parquet Recordings. Their elusive brand of melodic house and techno also highlighted the Astral Records catalog in 2021 with the June release of 'Other World', a three-track showcase which earned support from Armen Miran, John OO Fleming and Mind Against. Now, following a release for Solee's Future Romance, Deciduous returns to Astral with the much anticipated 'Planet 9'.

Future Romance proudly presents the 2nd volume of a regularly recurring V/A EP concept called "Sonos Futures", featuring both established artists and next generation talents. Curated with heart & soul by label founder Solee each volume will take you on a journey through deep and expressive sounds that lead us into the future.

For part II of "Sonos Futures" we warmly welcome the esteemed artists David Granha with "1304", Raphael Mader with "Ground Zero" and Deciduous with "War of worlds". On top labelhead Solee delivers another gem called "Somnia", a long awaited track, known from his DJ sets during summer 2022.

Every track tells a story, functional but artistic, no trivial fillers. That´s exactly what you can expect on Future Romance.
