With Ink is expanding! Over the past several months you may have seen Pierce D. Logan of at some of our events - he recently joined as our fourth With Ink poet!
Bringing a decade of experience in poetry, he is local to New Jersey and the Tri-State, and even support With Ink's first type-in themed event - which is fitting because and he teamed up long ago was a joint type-in at the Hoboken Historical Museum (swipe to see one of my film photos from that day!) He's also handy with wax sealing his poems, helping craft bespoke books of poems for the events he has supported, and all-around an incredibly skilled wordsmith.
His full bio:
"Pierce Logan is a published poet and former school teacher. His work is largely influenced by philosophy, classical literature, and popular culture. His typewriter poetry tends to be free form and highly descriptive, even transcendental. Some favorite poets include Dylan Thomas, especially his famous villanelle “Do not go gentle into that good night”, Everette Maddox, and Yevgeny Yevtushenko."
