Just got this cheeky little number in to the inbox. Thank you to whoever nominated Project Mayhem. We’ve survived 13 years, a global pandemic, 3 shut downs and a near bankruptcy. So we’ll take this with thanks ❤️.

Well... that's an evening none of us wish to repeat!

We totally understand the frustrations, and on this occasion, we literally had done EVERYTHING to avoid this, including being assured by Gymcatch that they had plenty of bandwidth to take the spike. We had 9000 bookings since 5pm!

Frustration clearly brings out different emotions in us all, and we get it. We absolutely have not intended this to happen.

The system is all up and running.
We've now added extra capacity to various classes including:

Silent Disco, Dance and Dash
Both Sound Baths
Saddle Up Line Dance
FitSteps Chair
Candlelight Pilates
Jungle Body
Breathe
Movement Matters

We've also added 2 further ELEMENTS sessions for Saturday

I WISH I could find a space for more spin bikes, steps and hoops..

It's absolutely feasible that people will cancel, drop off on the day, and just not turn up. It's always worth stalking the door way of the room of the class for no shows, so you can jump in a space.

We've got a new addition to Ribby this year.. We are launching the Be Still Wellness Hub After the success of Alex and Naz and their @bestill_01 sessions, we decided to take a different space on the village which we've never used before. This space is to limit the sound bleed from other rooms and ensure you get the most out of the sessions. It also allows us to increase capacity in these classes. Alex and Naz will be running sessions in the hub including Yoga, Sound Bath, and an anxiety breath work session. Additional sessions will be ran in this space too I clouding Veraflow, Body Balance and Kinisiflow.

@kinisiflow are joining us for 2024, and are part of a new space at the 2024 event 😀 The Workout - A Dynamic Movement Workout for Both Body & Mind! Kinisi Flow® is a complete mindfulness movement workout that combines a diverse movement language, designed to nourish, stretch & strengthen through sequencing & flow-motion.
