Chocolate chip brioche bread is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet snack. A buttery enriched dough stuffed full of mini chocolate chips!

Caroline here. I have been baking traditional bread for over 50 years. Today, I tried the no knead sourdough bread that my man Sam Sifton published in the New York Times. It is completely hands-off, as advertised. Now, I am pi**ed. It came out beautifully. I would post a picture, but I already ate it all.
