Way-found Way—found is a celebration of
RMIT Communication Design’s
graduating year of 2017. A celebration of newly focused ambition,
and the diverse destinations ahead.

Way finding to way found - a play on words that encapsulates and builds on the journey of a communication design student over the 3 year course. From humble beginnings to a realised direction and future path, this is about joining the dots and each individual's unique and tailored set of skills they have adopted throughout their time at RMIT. The eclectic nature of this cohort sparked the idea to

utilise an adaptive brand identity and the use of generative design in the exhibition branding. The varying visual output of the branding reflects the direction of different members of the cohort, their work while at university and their intentions upon finishing. By splitting the words Way and Found we intend to promote the notion of destination and arrival, the line connecting the two reflective of the subjective journey of the every student.
