Another successful private chef job! Fantastic local produce, excellent atmosphere, very happy clients. 👌

Menu this week involved;

Rosemary, Sea salt and olive focaccia, whipped butter. 🍞

Ham hock terrine, homemade piccalilli, brioche toast. 🐷
Sesame glazed salmon, Asian salad, soy and honey dressing. 🐟

Rack of lamb, spring vegetable tagine, pomegranate and mint salsa. 🥩
Pan fried Seabass, ratatouille, jersey royals, vanilla cream. 🐟

Chocolate croissant bread and butter pub, vanilla ice cream. 🥐
Blueberry marscapone filled profiteroles, white chocolate. 🫐

Safe to say all the above went down well. In true Joe fashion I didn't manage to snap everything 📷 but I think I did better than usual 😅
