At a recent wedding, I had someone come up to me and say, "You can tell that you really love what you do." And the truth is, I really do.

I have always had a passion for weddings ever since I was a little girl (so a really long time 😂). I love everything about a wedding, from the decor to the food to the music. But what I love most is that we get to help two people who fell in love celebrate that love with their family and friends. We get to be of service to them on one of the most important days of their lives. We handle things so that they and their families can be present and enjoy those special moments because while the day is long, it goes by so so fast.

I love what I do, and I have been blessed to work with some of the most amazing couples and their sweet families. I am also blessed that I have found a team that loves on my couples as much as I do and have "hearts of service" too. And, I get to work with the best vendors in the business who are not only colleagues but friends. What's not to love, right? 😊

Driving up to , your first thought is, "This is a wedding dream." As soon as you drive up, you can see the ceremony area, the majestic tent for the reception and the beautiful Victorian house where the wedding party gets ready.

With 4,000 sq ft of space under the tent, you have a blank canvas to design and create the wedding of your dreams. 200 guests are optimal, but they can do more. Thanks to Alexis and her father for a tour of this amazing venue! We can't wait to work with them in September!

It's wedding season, and we are kicking off this year with not one but two weddings this weekend 🍾🥂

First up is Faith and Ben's special day on Saturday. We can't wait to help them celebrate with a few fun surprises in the mix. The couple will find out during their reception where they are going on their honeymoon - a surprise from the Bride's brother! We can't wait to see where this sweet couple will be heading off to. Stay tuned✈️

It's one of our favorite times of the year - Open Houses! We love being a part of showcases at some of our favorite venues! It's been a while since I have done an introduction, so I thought I would start off the new year with one 😊

Hi! I'm Tonya and I am the owner and one of the lead coordinators for Blueprints Coordination. I started the company in 2016, but I have coordinated weddings off and on for almost 20 years. I've worked in hospitality most of my adult life, but weddings have always been my passion. I love being of service to others, and what better way than to assist our couples on one of the most important days of their lives.

Here are some fun facts about me:

♡ I am married to Chris (celebrating 20 years this year) and a mother to our teenager, Olivia Grace.
♡ We have 2 fur babies, Roxie and Bodie, who are rescues and have our hearts
♡I exist on Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi (either one will do
♡ I am a breast cancer survivor
♡ I used to be a part-time DJ on 107.5 WKZL
♡ I love to travel and stay in really nice hotels
♡ I love champagne (give me all the champagne towers in 2024)
♡ My favorite shows to watch: The Office, Parks and Rec, Succession, and The Bear (obsessed!)
♡ I love true crime and documentaries
♡ My favorite moments of a wedding are when the couple sees each other for the first time and the father/daughter dance.
♡ I am blessed with an incredible team that loves on our clients as much as I do.

As this year comes to an end, one word that keeps coming to mind is GRATEFUL.

I am GRATEFUL for all the couples that entrusted us with their special day and allowed us to help make all of their wedding visions come to life.

I am GRATEFUL for all of the venue owners, venue hosts, and vendors that we get the honor and privilege to work with to make our couples' wedding dreams come true. We truly get to work with some ROCKSTARS in this industry!

I am so, so GRATEFUL for my TEAM! These ladies all have hearts of service and take such good care of our couples and their families. I am truly blessed to work with each of you!

And to our IG and fb families, I am GRATEFUL for your support here in these little corners of our world. Stay tuned because we have some exciting new things coming your way in 2024!
