I had the opportunity to speak on the topic of prosperity for all for the upcoming by .
Prosperity, the first thought that comes to mind for most persons is financial wealth forgetting the things we easily take for granted. While this may be the reality for some, many young men and women around the globe lack access to basic necssecities from food and water, femenine hygiene products for a natural bodily cycle, and the chance to follow their dreams through education because their now expected to work and provide for their household. Take a step back to think what prosperity for all really means.

Happy Father’s Day to this amazing guy. If you know my dad you know he’s funny, and gregarious and is the fiercest protector of his family. Not one day in my life did I think he didn’t have my back. Where do I begin...from 2019 when I became a Miss Universe Barbados delegate I knew that was about to change my life. Gaynelle Marshall opened my eyes to the world and helped me understand that my voice and opinions matter. Her guidance and optimism each time I asked to launch a new project through my many IG live series is why I was able to speak with female senators, female CEO's, the Caribbean UN secretary, and many more incredible female leaders here in Barbados.

My weeks consisted of training with Gaynelle via Skype for 2 hours, 3 times a week, for 10 months..those months were the highlight of my training to become the woman I am today. From forcing me to dig deep within myself to understanding my purpose in life, to challenging the status quo, and that it's okay to be a woman with an opinion who isn't afraid to voice it is the reason I'm able to share my story today as a survivor of Gender Based Violence. As a woman in today’s society it’s important that we cement ourselves with confidence and that’s exactly the impact that Gaynelle has had on my life.

Each time I’m complimented on my speaking and interview skills I feel the need to thank Gaynelle for all her hard work and dedication in helping me evolve into the resilient outspoken woman I am today. I went from a confused quiet girl to a woman who gets so excited to be asked questions or take part in discussions that most people would shy away from. Gaynelle you’ve impacted my life in more ways than I can count and these skills you’ve embedded in me will continue to open many doors throughout all my life. I’m forever thankful to always have you in my corner as an example of guidance. ❌⭕️❌⭕️

Not only because they provided me with every piece of makeup I could need and more, but more importably they gave me access to their world renown Artistry team of , and . These amazing artist not only created easy flawless looks for me to be able to execute while I was at , they also took the time to train me how to do them via zoom!

has truly been a blessing to me and I’m so grateful that I got to work with them on this journey. They literally provided me with a mini suitcase of every product I’d need and a style guide on how to use them all. Prior to you’re asked to do so many shoots, videos, and clips for the show that if you didn’t have an incredible team behind you to help you’d never be able to get it done. These three amazing artist make up the Miss Universe Barbados Artistry team. . I’m so blessed to not only call them my team but my friends. They’ve been friends longer than I’ve been Queen and they’ll be in my life long after my reign has ended. If it wasn’t for their love, passion, creativity, talent and support I would have never felt half as confident. Thank you my loves!!! I can’t wait to get going again with more creative shoots with you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️❌⭕️

Everyone’s been asking me about my hair and the color and the curls and how I was able to do so many different looks while I was at . Well it’s thanks to these two incredible men. and . One in Toronto and the other in Atlanta. Adrian first changed my hair color from the blonde I had for about 6 years back to the rich deep color you see now with the highlights. It’s crazy how a simple hair colors can change how you look but it did!! And then my beloved AJ in Atlanta touched it up and gave me some great hair products like to make sure it was good the entire time I was competing. Love you both!!!!! ❌⭕️❌⭕️. Fun fact I’m sure most of you know that is a Bajan but he also worked with my MUO sister before as well. It’s a small world!!!
