Northampton Poetry hosts an Open Mic & Featured Poet or Slam every Tuesday evening at 8 pm at The Deuce in downtown Northampton.

Northampton Poetry is held every Tuesday- we have an Open Mic, featuring some of the best, most creative voices in the Valley, followed by either a Featured Reader (often a nationally touring poet or regional standout) or a Poetry Slam -please join us and share your own words. Whether you do academic poetry, slam, spoken word, or haiku about how much you like cake, you and your words are welcome.

We open the doors for sign-ups at 7 pm, and start the reading at 8 pm. We are a PSI-certified venue, and send a team to the National Poetry Slam, and a representative to the Individual World Poetry Slam and the Women of the World Poetry Slam.
