I designed this juicy vignette on the 8th day of the LA stay at home order March 2020 at the start of the pandemic. The flower market was shuttered, so all I had to design with were foraged materials. The oranges were plucked from my nephew's tree, and the jasmine from my brother's backyard vine. The vessel is a compote painted black from . Thank you for voting for me during the Mayesh competition. I did not make it thru the 2nd round of voting but I was thrilled to run against the best designers in our field. As in typical fashion, next time, I need to write a better album.

Behind the scenes of Emily + Brennan's wedding reception. I designed the ceremony flowers to all be re-purposed for the reception. The chandelier barn staircase flowers were reused for the sweetheart table.

Labor Day weekend is almost here. I'm certainly conflicted. It was a picture perfect summer. Hot days, cooler nights. I love fall for sure, but not yet ready to give it all up. Crossing my fingers that it's a frost free fall so that I can continue to support the local flower farmers. 🌼🌸🌻🌺

If you’re among the first 75 visitors, you’ll receive a punch card you can use at ten participating businesses–each will give you a different bloom–and a basket to hold your flowers. When you’ve collected your ten flowers, bring them to Belle Terre Floral’s tent outside our market. There you’ll receive a small vase, a sprig of greenery, and tips on how to arrange your bouquet!
