FonDippity’s Story

FonDippity is a husband and wife collaboration between Michelle and JP, which all started because of our love of good fondue. That’s where the Fon in FonDippity comes from. The Dippity is really a nod to Serendipity, meaning whimsy, fun or pleasantly unexpected. This is the way we approach our menu and our business. We take the familiar and elevate it in unexpected and whimsical ways. Transforming the humble French Fry into something as unexpected as Sundried Tomato Alfredo Lobster Frites or Mac & Cheese into dishes like Korean Bulgogi gochujang BBQ. Our food truck is our mobile kitchen, you’ll find us all over NEPA. We’ve also opened a place in the Scranton Public Market where you can find us on weekends throughout the year.
