The Work Continues!

The restaurant is coming together! The past couple weeks we’ve completed framing and are moving forward with running electrical wiring. Progress is happening, and we’re excited to share it with you all!

We also have our first big announcement about what to expect—our restaurant will be full service! That means a full menu alongside a selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

But don’t worry—we’re keeping it family-friendly! Whether you’re stopping by for a meal with the kids or unwinding with a drink, our space is designed to be welcoming for everyone.

Exciting News! We're Building a Restaurant! 🍽️🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re in the process of building our very own restaurant! It’ll be located inside Luecke Audio Video’s building, in Seymour. Don’t worry—Luecke’s isn’t closing! We’re simply transforming some unused space into a cozy spot for you to enjoy our delicious BBQ, and other food items.

We apologize for the lack of pop-up food truck events this winter and early spring. We’re doing the construction ourselves to save costs, and it’s taking up much of our free time! But don’t worry—we’re still open for catering any day of the week and would love to bring our food truck to your event, if you'd like us to be a vendor.

Stay tuned for updates on our progress and sneak peeks into what’s coming! We appreciate your patience as we work toward an opening date sometime in 2025. We can’t wait to welcome you all to our new spot!

We are absolutely humbled and grateful for this recognition—it’s more than we ever expected. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who voted for us and continues to support what we do. We’re excited to bring you the same incredible food and service in 2025 and beyond!

🔥 We are fired up for Year 2! 🔥

The Firetruck Pull is back, set for April 12 in the parking lot at Walmart Supercenter in Seymour. Registration starts at 10 a.m. The pull is at noon. Covered Bridge BBQ food truck will be there for food and drink purchases. There will be first responder vehicles on display to see up close, including a ladder truck with an American flag.

Enter a team! Maximum of 10 people. The fastest to pull a 37,000-pound firetruck 50 feet will win. Each team needs to raise at least $500. They are encouraged to raise more because there will be an award for the team that raises the most. There also will be an award for the Special Olympics athlete who raises the most money.

Be a sponsor! Donate $100 to be an event sponsor and have your name on the back of the shirts all participants will receive. You also will be recognized at the event and on Facebook. This is open to individuals, couples, families, businesses, industries, churches, organizations ... anyone!

All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Indiana Jackson County. Last year, we raised $15,000. Let's exceed that this year.
