Thanks so much to everyone who came to last night's show with LUNA ROSA, Naked Next Door & Sourdough at MK11 - Live Music Venue. It was truly our biggest and greatest show and brought in so many new faces.

It has been a long road since we started this last year and we've debated throwing the towel in a couple of times, but last night made all the hard work we've put into RM worth it. It was a really amazing evening of local music and we cannot thank the bands, venue staff and fans enough.

Saying that, we are moving to monthly shows for the rest of 2022. Doing shows every week takes a phenomenal amount of time and energy. So myself (Don Loz) and Jim Noise have more than earned some time to concentrate on our own music and lives.

We are excited to announce Rockers Massives' biggest event yet. We have put together 3 Massive local bands into one epic event, Hosted in the main Room of MK11! This is going to be a night which cannot be missed.

LUNA ROSA headline the event and have come along leaps and bounds, recently getting air time on Radio 1!
Naked Next Door are well known legends of the scene and we are super excited to finally host an event worthy of them.
SOURDOUGH have got some magic about them which we witnessed hosting them at the Plough, so we know they will smash the main stage at MK11.

It's been awhile since I've done a post like this, trying to balance what's important in life with Rockers Massive has and never will be easy. But last night's gig was just too epic to not write about.

First off we had the absolute gent that is Arun Entwistle playing his beautifully written songs for us. Arun is a solid performer and always warms the crowds up brilliantly. He is a pleasure to book and I very highly recommend him to other promoters.

Bluewall amazed us with their professionalism when we first booked them for their debut, since then they have grown so much as a band in confidence and skill. You can't help yourself but bellow back the lyrics of the iconic covers they perform, it's literally a nostalgia overload. There is no doubt these young lads have a bright future ahead of them and also an EP coming out next month so keep an eye out.

My word did Sourdough smash their set to pieces. Definitely one of the most powerful performances we've had at The Plough since we've started playing bands. Their vocals have an amazing after taste that sticks in your ears and leaves you begging for more. A unique and refreshing voice which I can only describe as a roll from the bottom of the throat which brings out a sort of anguish which compliments the songs in a bittersweet clash of pain and emotion. I always listen to bands before they play, but I've never wanted to study in detail a bands content straight after I've seen them as much as I have with Sourdough.

Big thanks to Big Cat Coma, The Plough venue and staff and of course Vandalism Begins At Home for the amazing acts they discover like Sourdough and the support they provide to the local scene. Please give them a follow to show your support.
