Looking for some kitchen help for the Lancaster Fair.

Looking for some help for the Lyndonville Fair. A couple waitresses help someone to help with food prep and cleaning. The fair starts on the 21st and goes to Sunday. We are open for breakfast and lunch 7:00 to either 2 or 3:00 in the afternoon.

Went to Lancaster this morning to check on the building everything was good and clean and the even have the water on already. It won't be long and we'll be saving up turkey dinners along with all the other good stuff.
I had the pleasure of doing a barbecue lunch for a large company in Clermont NH. The menu was pulled pork beef brisket pulled chicken coleslaw and potato salad

Well Deerfield Fair is a rap we had four great days of good weather and awesome crowds. I ended up having a great crew and we rocked it all 4 days. Thanks to everyone that stopped by to say hi and once again thanks to my great crew that I had.

Once again I'm reaching out to family and friends that could possibly help me starting this Thursday through Sunday at the Deerfield fair. I just had to people cancel due to medical issue and they normally run my baked potato booth. We are getting ready at the Deerfield NH Fair which starts next Thursday the 28th and goes through Sunday the 1st of October. Still looking for a couple more people One that can cook on a flat top grill at a fast pace and one that can keep things cleaned up throughout the day.

We need contestants! Do you know someone that could use scholarship funds for college. This is a fun and exciting way to do it.
Submissions need to be received no later than September 21st.
Well now that I've had a chance to recuperate from the Lancaster Fair. I want to thank my great help that I had and all the individuals that came in to eat with us. We had a lot of laughs we all worked are butts off and we got through it. And in the end it was a great fair and great weather.
Now to start getting ready for Deerfield NH which starts on the 28th of the month and go through the first of October.
