GLAM Weddings and Events Stress Free Wedding Planning for your most Important Day There are THREE different GLAM Wedding and Event packages;

1. It should not be about stress and worry.

GLAM Weddings and Events, can be what YOU need us to be..... from planning every detail (from conception to delivery) or just being their on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. GLAM Consulting

General Consulting Services includes the following:
Initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can guide you throughout the planning process. Unlimited consulta

tion hours by phone & email for advice.
2 x face-to-face meeting to discuss your wedding in more detail. GLAM Weddings will recommend a list of professionals who best reflect your theme, budget and style. It is then up to you to contact our suggestions, source quotes and do all the organizing yourself. Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.

2. GLAM Co Ordination

Your Wedding is an incredible day of love, emotion and above all a celebration for you, your partner and for all your guests to enjoy. GLAM Weddings will ensure that all your intricate details are in place and will ensure your day is seamless. GLAM Wedding Day Coordination Package includes the following:

Complementary initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can assist you on your wedding day. Overview of your wedding plans and styling ideas.
3 x face-to-face meetings to discuss your wedding details with your key suppliers such as your Reception Venue, Photographer and Florist/Stylist. Additional meetings can be added at an additional cost, if needed. Attendance at the Wedding Rehearsal the week before the wedding. We will liaise with all your suppliers you have hired to make sure they have all the correct information. Create a comprehensive schedule for the wedding day. Communicating this comprehensive timeline to your suppliers. Calling all your suppliers the week of the wedding to confirm their start time and details for the wedding. Attendance on the wedding day for up to 8 hours to ensure:

The Wedding Day is seamless and to make sure your suppliers are running to the comprehensive timeline we developed together. The ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated as discussed in the lead up to the wedding. Additional Coordination Hours can be purchased at an additional charge, if needed

Allow GLAM Weddings and events to be your personal assistants on your day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to any challenges that may occur during the day.

20 hours of co ordination

3. Extreme GLAM Weddings *the total package"

This package is perfect for couples who have organised a few of their suppliers so far but not sure what to do next and need help with organising the rest of the wedding and with tying all their ideas together. This package includes the following:

Complementary Initial Consultation to discuss your wedding in more details to determine the size and style of your wedding and what the couple has organised so far and what still needs to be planned.

15 hours of face-to-face consultations to meet with the Bride and Groom to discuss their wedding during the planning process and to meet with Suppliers to discuss the couple’s requirements. Up to 10 hours allocated for the following:

Sourcing Suppliers and then Organising and Attending meetings with these suppliers to discuss your requirements. Negotiating prices and gathering quotes from suppliers for your remaining services. Updating any Quotes received affected by Final numbers. Budget management including deposits paid and when final payments are due before the wedding reconfirming start times and reconfirming the details for your wedding. Creating a comprehensive schedule for your wedding day and communicating this to all your suppliers. Calling all your suppliers the week of the wedding to confirm their start time and reconfirming the details for your wedding. Attendance on the wedding day for up to 8 Hours to ensure:

The Wedding Day is seamless and to make sure your suppliers are running to the comprehensive timeline we developed together. Allow GLAM Weddings and Events to be your personal assistants on your wedding day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to any challenges that may occur during the day. Please NOTE , we can also plan Engagement parties, Tea Ceremonies, Hens and Bucks parties and kitchen teas but these are considered a separate event and are not included in this package.

Patient Experience - Sunshine Coast University Hospital

"My mother was in ward 3D for the last 5 days. The whole team are unbelievable. They were terrific with my mum and treated her with the upmost respect and care.

Thank you to every single person that made mum's stay so easy for her and me.

Nurses (you are true stars - so caring and nothing too much trouble). Doctors (could not have asked for better, keeping me updated). Receptionists, (so nice, you were having problems with your phones and went to the trouble of phoning me back). The staff that organised mums meals to the staff that made them (best service and great meals). And to all the other staff, (making mum's discharge so easy and helping her in the car, seatbelt and all).

Thank you all again, I can only say good things about our experience. Hopefully we won’t see you too often but if we do I know Mum is in excellent hands.

I’m sure you all cop abuse on a daily basis but please know we appreciate all of you and you are all amazing human beings."

This week we are celebrating the second annual Gathering of Kindness at Monash Health.

The theme this year is “KindnessWorksHere”, which encourages staff and volunteers to come together to build and nurture a culture of kindness in healthcare.

Kindness can look like a smile. It can sound like a please, a thank you, or a hello.

It can taste like a cup of tea or coffee made for you when you're tired near the end of your shift.

It can smell like a flower someone brought in and put on the staff room table, or a cake someone made to celebrate a birthday.

It can feel like a hug on one of those terrible days, or a greeting handshake with a patient.

It comes in all shapes and sizes.

We work with humility, respect, kindness and compassion at Monash Health, so join us in celebrating the Gathering of Kindness this week.
