Happy Father’s Day!

It’s been such a busy first half of the year. More early season weddings than ever, constant projects on the home/farm front, golfing with my daughter and family time. Last week we had the incredible privilege of visiting AKA — if you haven’t seen the documentary, please do! It was life changing for our family.

Catering companies can create a lot of food waste. Our favorite way to limit the amount of food waste we create is to feed our chickens. Things that can’t be given to our chickens go in the compost. It always makes a fun family activity feeding the chickens, the baby and the dogs come too. Thank you for your patience especially as it concerns email responses, quotes and menus. We know so many of you got engaged over the holidays and are eager to plan your wedding. Please give us a little grace and time to respond to your inquiries. We are pushing so hard every day to get our brick and mortar @torricellapizzeria open, and our full days are spent prepping everything that goes into opening a brand new restaurant. It leaves very little time for computer work and emails. As of now our company is mostly a one man show (with help from my wife 🥰). We appreciate all of your business and look forward to working with you.
