Hey, all of you old Troll Radio R***e fans... It's always interesting to me to see people still checking in to this page.... We do have an event of interest that we're putting together as a part of KMUN's ongoing birthday celebration! On Saturday, 19 August, we'll be hosting a Family Concert at Quatat Park in Seaside featuring Red Yarn from Portland with a short opening set by the Brownsmead Flats! It's going to be quite an event, and we hope to see lots of old happy Troll fans there, dancing or just grooving to the music!!! We will post details here as the event nears, and there will be information on the Radio!!! Can't wait!!!

I just found photos of Troll Radio from 2011... the show to which you’ll be treated on Saturday at 11am... I have to tell you, listening to this show to get it ready for rebroadcast made me cry some real tears... I sure do miss all you Troll Friends..

It's already almost the last Saturday of November and that means we're thinking of Troll Radio!!! So we've dug into the archives and will be bringing you a show from 2011. Justin and Sophie were home from college, the Curdled String Band were around town, and the Beerman Creek String Band were shining stars. Maybe you were there! Tomorrow is the last Saturday of June, so we’ve gone into the archives from the days when the Astoria Music Festival filled our June days....This show from 2014 was filled with fun and action. The last Saturday of the month is coming in a few days!!! If life were normal, we'd be getting ready for Troll Radio R***e, but ...well, you know.... So once again, we've dug into the archives for a show worthy of re-broadcast!!! We're going back 12 years - to 2008, and this is a very touching show. Justin and Sophie were graduating from Astoria High School, and the Hilda Lahti Singers, and some students from Ms. Twombly's 3rd grade joined us for some very heart warming entertainment. The Beerman Creek String Band rounds out the fun, and we were still doing the Thousand Thanks Award... It's pretty great... I hope you'll tune in at 11 am on Saturday!!! May 30... Brownsmead is actually a good place to quarantine, if one must quarantine. We have space and gardens and lots of fresh, clean air. In keeping with wise distancing, we've all stayed in our own homes for nearly 2 months... (yes, we go out to shop from time to time). Yesterday afternoon, three of us managed to get together for a little music.... we kept a good distance, played some tunes for almost 2 hours and sure felt good afterwards.... This was on the back patio at Larry's...hope you enjoy the song....

Oh, I'm sure going to be missing seeing all of your smiling faces at Fort George tomorrow at Troll Radio R***e...but, well, you know...So we will be going into the Troll Archives and bringing you an episode that was produced with the Astoria Music Festival... Nancy Montgomery is the narrator and as you can imagine, the music is spell-binding... The Beerman Creek String Band rounds out the hour and I'm pretty sure that you'll enjoy this special show.. If all goes well, on Saturday, March 28, in place of our live Troll Radio R***e, I'll be digging out a recording of an old show and broadcasting from the archives (the archives happens to be this plastic container that I had on shelf in my sewing room!) Yikes!!! Our world is spinning quickly these days!!! We're sorry to say that, in order to keep all in healthier environments, we are cancelling Troll Radio R***e on March 28..... Stay tuned to KMUN and check us out on Facebook, to see what's happening come April 25.... Wash your hands!!! Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies!!!

It's time for the last Troll Radio R***e of 2019!!!! We've got a great show lined up... Our musical guests are Tevan Goldberg and The Clatsop County String Band. The Troll Radio Houseband will be raring to go, and Mr. Troll will probably be confused over the end of the year!!! Bring your family and friends over to Fort George for some fine entertainment at 11am on Saturday morning!
