After a brief-hiatus, we’re pleased to be back, and excited to share that for December, we’ve switched things up a little.

Next months’ One Nation Under a Blues will be brought to you on Saturday 2nd December instead of our usual first Friday, at Up Stairs at the Ritzy

Thank you to everyone that attended last Friday's , It was a fantastic night!

Natalie Nat-Nat did another great comedy set and had everyone laughing, whining, and singing.

DJ Marvellouss delivered an outstanding set of beautiful music, who I want to say a big salute to!

We also had four birthday celebrations and sister Dawn, Danika who joined us from the USA and Karen!

Happy birthday once again, and thank you for choosing One Nation family to celebrate your day with.🎉

Thank you to everyone that attended last Friday's One Nation , It was a fantastic night!

Big salute to Mr Deezel who brought the whole Notting hill Carnival vibe with him from Monday and had the whole place in a frenzy from start to finish.

Lastly I would like to express the BIGGEST thank you to everyone that stayed behind to help me pack up after the event finished, you saw I was having some difficulty and rushed to help, this truly means a lot.
Just to quickly update you, my back is doing a lot better now! 🙏🏿

One People Under The Banner of Good Music

One Nation represents a progressive movement and community that demand a high standard from public events. The name One Nation is taken from “One Nation Under A Groove” a classic funk track by Funkadelic. This track embodies much of what One Nation represents: infectious music to dance to; a reputation of giving women sore feet, community, fun, good times, unity. One Nation began as an event for lovers of old school music. check out the story of how it all began here. It began in 2013 at legendary, now closed, Coloseum night club in London. Currently in it’s fifth year, its home since 2016 is upstairs at the Ritzy Cinema, in Brixton.

Today, One Nation has grown and evolved into so much more than just great old school of multiple genres. It now incorprates new music aswell as old, music videos through vjing, live artists, karaoke, comedy, games, and branded merchandise. The event has the spontaneity, intimacy and fun you usually get at a private house party. It’s been described as “just what you need before going to work on Monday”, and a “cave of good music”.
